Affiliate disclosure: Some "Shop on Amazon" links above are Amazon Associates links. If you buy something through them, Amazon pays Avows a small commission at no extra cost to you. It supports the project — and unlike everywhere else on the internet, that's the only thing it does. We don't track which links you click, we don't sell your data, we don't even know you came from this page.
This is not legal or tax advice. "With LMN" items require a doctor's Letter of Medical Necessity describing the specific condition treated. Plan administrators occasionally reject LMN-backed claims even when the IRS rules support them — your plan has final say. Avows can generate pre-filled doctor email templates for common conditions, but the doctor and the patient are the ones who decide if a condition warrants a letter.
